What we can actually help with
Sizes, colors and how pieces from different shelves fit together. Whether a border matches a cutout pack. What a wood blank looks like before paint. Which of our sets is the one you saw pinned above somebody else's desk. We answer those ourselves.
If you are planning a whole room and want a second opinion on the order of the pieces, send a photo of the wall. That is the request we like most.
What we cannot see from here
Where a package is today, when it will arrive, or what happened to a payment. Those all sit with the retail partner that took the order, and we have no window into their system. Their own help pages will get you an answer far faster than we can.
A note on timing
We read the inbox on working days. August and the weeks before the winter break are the two times of year when the drawing table wins over the keyboard, so an answer may take a little longer then.
Where letters land
Post reaches us at 2118 N Richmond St, Suite 4, Appleton, WI 54911. Worth saying plainly what that address is: a drawing studio where the sets are designed, not a shop. There is no counter to walk up to, nothing on the walls to look through, and no one there who can hand you a set.
Sending something back to this address will not reach your order either. Returns stay with the retail partner that took the order, and their pages walk you through it properly.
