Will pieces from different shelves match?
Within a season, yes. We draw a theme as one family, so the border, the cutouts, the tray pieces and the garden flag share the same palette and the same line weight. Across seasons the neutral bases are made to carry any theme laid over them.
Will paper pieces pin into cork?
That is what the card stock is chosen for. Cutouts take a pin or a staple without tearing around the hole, and borders are stiff enough to hold a straight line along the top of a board rather than sagging between pins.
Are the cutouts printed on both sides?
Most of them are. Pieces meant to hang from a ceiling grid or a window are double sided by design. Pieces meant to lie flat against a wall are printed on the face.
Do wood pieces come painted?
The tray and shelf pieces come finished. The blanks on the crafts shelf come the other way on purpose: cut, sanded and undrawn, so the painting is yours. The listing for each one says which it is.
How do I pick for a season I have not decorated before?
Open the board planner, tell it which surface you are dressing and which part of the year you need, and it lays out the pieces that go together. If the season is thin on our shelves it falls back to the base pieces that work all year.
Can I buy a single piece out of a set?
Not as a rule. Sets are priced and packed as sets by the retail partner. If you need one shape in quantity, look at the crafts shelf, where blanks are sold in packs of the same cut.
Where do I actually place the order?
At our retail partner. Every button here opens their listing for that piece, and everything from the cart onward happens on their side.
Will the color match my photograph?
Close, but screens differ. If a shade has to line up with paint or fabric you already own, order one small piece first and hold it against the wall before committing the whole board.
