Where the checkout happens
Every button on this site opens the listing for that piece at our retail partner. From that point the cart, the payment method, the address and the delivery choice all belong to them. Nothing is charged on this site, and there is no cart here to fill.
What the delivery costs and how long it takes
Both are shown at their checkout before you confirm anything, because both depend on where you are, what else is in the cart and which delivery speed you pick. We do not set those terms and we would rather quote nothing than quote a number that is wrong for your address.
If the box is late
Tracking, delivery windows and lost packages are handled by the partner that shipped it, and their account page is where the answer lives. Write to us only if the piece inside is not what the drawing promised, because that part is ours to fix.
Planning around a date
If a board has to be finished for the first morning of the school year or a table for a party on Saturday, order the base pieces first and the seasonal ones second. The base is what takes the longest to put up, and it is the part you will not want to redo.
