If something sits wrong
The return runs through the checkout that took your payment rather than through us.
Start where you paid
Open the order in the account where you paid and follow the return steps there. That is where the record of the purchase lives, where the window is set and where it is decided how the item comes back. That policy is the one that applies to your order.
Tell us as well
If a color printed differently from the photograph, a wood piece arrived split, or a pack was short a cutout, we want to know even though we cannot process the return. That kind of message goes straight to the person who drew the set, and it is how a bad batch gets caught.
Before you send anything back
Keep the packaging until you have hung the pieces. Paper sets ship flat and a folded corner is easy to miss under the cellophane. Photograph the problem next to the packaging while everything is still together, because that photograph does most of the work in any return.
